production time
Most orders are completed and shipped within 5 business days, however, on rare occasions it may take longer. We suggest you allow two weeks plus shipping to avoid being disappointed. We will give you a completion date when you place your order.
rush orders
We will do our best. Call us or email us with your needs and we will let you know. We do not charge rush fees. If we can squeeze it in we will, for no extra charge.
minimum order
Our minimum order is 18 pieces.
artwork / logo design
If you submiting your your artwork please use guidelines located here
If you do not have artwork we can help! Send us what you do have, photocopy, scribbles etc and we will transform it into a design. Illustration and design work is $40/hour, we can do an average design in an hour or less depending on how complicated you want it.
What kind of payment do you accept

blanks, unprinted merchandise
As we are a print shop, so generally we sell what we print on, but if you can not find it anywhere else we will sell you blank t-shirts.
What are set-up fees
Set-up fees pay for the cost of film positives, screens, and press set-up. On repeat orders set-up is reduced because the film is already made, so you only pay screen and press set-up. For more info on this subject please go to our pricing dedicated page
Why are there no prices on your web site
There are a number of fluctuating factors when pricing custom printed apparel. First, garment prices are constantly changing on the wholesale level. Second, no two prints are the same. If we were to give you instant pricing, we would have to price each job according to the most expensive possibility. Consequently we feel the quote form gives you the most honest and up to date pricing. You just have to wait a few hours.
